Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for this hotel based on previous visits but was really let down this time. While the outdoor pool and gym facilities were enjoyable, my experience was marred by numerous issues, including problems with the room amenities and a lack of proper customer service. The location is fantastic for exploring the area and the rooms were comfortable, but the overall service didn't live up to expectations, especially for a place like this.
The hotel has a beautiful setting but falls short in several areas that are quite disappointing. The rooms, while spacious, had issues such as a non-working fireplace and lack of cleanliness. Service was inconsistent, with some staff displaying unprofessional behavior. The hot tubs were unfortunately lukewarm, which detracted from the overall experience, and the dining options left much to be desired.
The hotel boasts a wonderful location near the Village, with a generally clean and comfortable room. However, the service fell short due to inconsistent room cleaning times and staff interactions that could have been more welcoming. The pool's cold temperature was a letdown, especially for those looking to relax.
I had a lovely two-night stay, enjoying the beautiful surroundings and peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but the service fell a bit short with a slow room cleaning and a less than warm check-in experience. The dining options could be pricey, which was a letdown compared to the overall vibe of relaxation and enjoyment in the resort.
Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable environment for our family. The location was fantastic, right by the slopes, making it easy to explore the village. However, we did experience some noise from neighboring rooms at night, which was a bit disruptive. Also, I found the dining prices to be on the higher side, especially for breakfast.
