The Westin Trillium House, Blue Mountain, Blue Mountains

I had high hopes for this hotel based on previous visits but was really let down this time. While the outdoor pool and gym facilities were enjoyable, my experience was marred by numerous issues, including problems with the room amenities and a lack of proper customer service. The location is fantastic for exploring the area and the rooms were comfortable, but the overall service didn't live up to expectations, especially for a place like this.

The hotel has a beautiful setting but falls short in several areas that are quite disappointing. The rooms, while spacious, had issues such as a non-working fireplace and lack of cleanliness. Service was inconsistent, with some staff displaying unprofessional behavior. The hot tubs were unfortunately lukewarm, which detracted from the overall experience, and the dining options left much to be desired.
